Person @ regal beagle totally shaved my clients dog down 6 weeks ago ears legs everything with no permission. I know for a fact wasn't matted because I groom her every 8 weeks and charged her $170 ripped her off.

Groomer @ reagl beagle is shaving dogs with no permission from there owner. 2 of my clients did go there only because could get done before I could get to them. I told them to be on my scedual do they wouldn't have to worry about getting in or having to go anywhere else. Beware

I just don't understand why it's so hard to understand that my grooming appointments are 2 hour window arrival time means!!! Iv had 2 long time clients say oh I thought you be hear @ 2. I said we'll why would you think that. I will be Arriving in that window then how ever long once there. Lady today is texting me 10 19 asking me if I'm still coming with her double question marks she tells me she has things to do! OMG lady you need to make time for your grooming appointments and watch your attude! I don't deserve it and will not put up with it. Anyone can't understand my rules and regulations please don't call or text me.
