I'm having a really hard time explaining that my grooming appointments are 2 hour window arrival time window appointments. I explain when I take a new appointment that the grooming appointments are when I arrive not there and done!! I always text when I'm on way. People have to give me time to groom there pet. I can not be anywhere at any certain time. I groom any where from 35 to 45 dogs a week I do not know from job to job ,traffic , etc.. I run my business by my self because I don't trust anyone without drama, not showing, up steeling from me ect. I book my own appointments to make sure it gets done correctly. Also please sceduale your grooming appointment month before your desire day and time . Do not call me when your pet is ready and expect to get in urgently. Don't force me to over work my self . Iv been grooming 25 years getting tired.
Iv read some of my reviews and some really upset me! Saying I'm late can't groom 1 said. Ok don't hand me a puppy all matted expect me to save hair, expect a perfect job. Must have your pet on a schedule so it dont get matted, and stop thinking ill be there and in my arrival time window it's driving me crazy.
There is a little female groomer running her mouth about Christine mobile grooming spreading rumors! She and anyone else needs to shut there mouth. Have anything to say to or about me know where to find me.
