I'd like to say thank you to all my loyal clients. To show my appreciation, all get free teeth brushing.
Im having i high volume of clients canceling last minute. I understand things happen, but I work really hard prescedualling everyone to ensure they get in. Then hold up the appointment spot, other people can't get the spot and then I loose funds if I don't have time to fill it. I ask please give me a 24 hour cansalation notice I have time to fill it. Please respond when get an appointment from me if it is good or not.
Im doing a $25,000 conversion on my new grooming truck. People are making it hard on me when they take an appointment don't cancel or even let me show up and not there. I have to go back resceduale move people around witch can make me late, inconvenience other clients. Please make time for your grooming so I can accommodate you. Please put your appointment on your sceduale so you don't forget me. Im trying my best to be in my winow or arrival time, but it makes it hard when I'm constantly moving appointments around because someone didnt have enough respect for there appointment and it makes me look bad. It causes me to have to drive longer because I'm out of route, makes me have to ask other people to move appointment date and time. That causes people toget upset with me.
Some people don't want to get on a schedule with me,then want to call and call and want in that day or to when I'm full. STOP THAT!
