A couple of our volunteers are unable to make it tomorrow because they're unwell. Would anyone be willing to assist with the scooping tomorrow morning? We also need help with washing dishes and cleaning up litter. It may not be the most glamorous task, but it’s definitely essential support!

🐾❤️ Meet Tippy, another sanctuary cat we care for, she is a true testament to the importance of FCN. This sweet girl has been with us since she was just 10 years old, and she’s about to celebrate her 17th birthday! 🎉

When we took Tippy in, she weighed a mere 4 pounds, was abandoned on the streets and had already been through four different homes. Rather than returning her to the shelter she was adopted from, we made the choice to make her a part of the FCN family, ensuring she could experience stability, consistency, and the love she so desperately needed.

Now, Tippy may be a little bratty and has developed hyperthyroidism, but she’s our brat, and we adore her! She has a quirky habit of nibbling on people, but it’s just her way of showing affection. While we know that ideally, she deserved a furever home, we wanted her to truly understand what it meant to be loved and cared for.

Your generous donations allow us to continue providing care for cats like Tippy and give them the love and support they need. Thank you for being a vital part of her journey and for helping us make a difference in the lives of so many cats. Tippy sends her love and nibbles to you all!

🚪✨ Attention, everyone! We will be closed tomorrow, December 26, to do we’re some extra cleaning and preparation for what’s to come in January 2025. We’ll be back open on Friday at 9 AM!

Is anyone doing any after-Christmas shopping tomorrow? We could use tissue paper any print or color, cat scratchers if Marshall’s, TJ Max, or Home Goods has the holiday ones marked down, and basket fill (crinkle stuff) lol. Someone will be at FCN 8-4 tomorrow just ring the doorbell.

And In the meantime, we could really use some extra hands in our laundry room and for scooping litter boxes tomorrow. If you’re available to help out please let us know! Your support makes a huge difference as we work to keep everything in tip-top shape for our furry feline friends.

Sheldon was deep in a morning food coma, so much so that he didn't notice me entering the isolation area. He's nearly ready for adoption—we're just waiting for his neutering appointment! 🐾 Did you know that at Feline Community Network, we care for three special allergy cats? This beauty is Turnip! 🐱💖 One has a food allergy, another suffers from dust mite allergies, and the third? Well, let’s just say he is allergic to everything under the sun! The trio are sanctuary cats at FCN, and are very well spoiled.

This adorable trio is on a special prescription diet of alligator to manage their unique needs. With your generous donations, we can provide for their daily care and monthly medical needs.
