Brrr, it’s cold outside! Remember when the outdoors looked green and sunny? Adoptable hound Ray sure does! It’s just a little bit snowier in Indiana now, so Ray is spending his time cozied up in front of the fireplace in a nice comfy bed at his foster home. This sweet galgo has been waiting for the right person to notice him. He would love a home to call his own before the holidays - he thinks he would look very handsome in a festive Christmas collar! Ray is about six years old, and a sweet, happy boy who enjoys affection from his foster family and playing with other dogs in the home. In his foster home, he has lived with up to seven other large dogs at a time!
Ray is an excellent leash walker and does well on car rides. He has settled in well at his foster home, and has become more confident and trusting, even around men or new people. Ray has truly embraced the sweet life since arriving in the US, allowing his true nature to surface: a gentle, laid-back, happy boy who enjoys treats and ear scritches. Foster Mom Erin says he is a truly great dog who is easy to love and care for.
Ray would do well with most families, though he does need to go to a home without cats. Just look at his adorable face - who can resist that smile?!
