💜 Now through November 30th, across the State of Indiana, shelters and rescues are celebrating Adopt a Hoosier Shelter Pet Month to call the community to act now to save the lives of Hoosier shelter pets by fostering or adopting a shelter pet waiting for their forever home.

💜 The continued crisis shelters and rescues have been facing is real. Space is unavailable or limited, the cost of care continues to rise, and the number of adoptions in communties has been trending downward. Please help by sharing, adopting, fostering, or donating today!

💜 Stop in all month long for Magical Music Monday, giveaways, raffles, late evening adoptions until 7pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday and all adult cats and adult large dogs have an adoption donation fee of $70 in honor of our 70th Anniversary!

Starington, Rollington, and Yapperton are back from foster and available for adoption!

💜👉💜 Pup, Pic, and story of the week! Otto!

👉 This one right here, had our hearts spilling over with joy! 🥹

💜 Otto came to us as a senior stray with a ruptured mass, that after medical treatment was discovered to be cancer. Otto went off to surgery, endured some ups and downs, but continued to prove to us each and every day that he didn’t come THIS far, to only come THIS far!

🎉 His journey has literally brought us all to tears multiple times, but today…they were HAPPY TEARS! Otto is cancer free and off to live his golden years with a whole new family of cancer survivors!!!

💜 THIS IS WHY WE NEVER GIVE UP! Our heartfelt thanks to this amazing family. We are so grateful you chose to adopt, and we are so glad to welcome you to the ! Good boy Otto! Well done!

💜 We just cannot thank the team at Cappo's enough for their amazing dine and donate event! The owners came and toured our shelter, collected vital supplies and raised $4,000, yes $4,000, at the event! WOW!!!!!

👉 Partnership and collaboration are key to solving public problems like pet homelessness. When the municipalities, non-profits, for-profit businesses and our beloved community combine energy and effort...nothing can stop us!

💜 Thank you to our lifesaving volunteers and staff for their hard work, for sharing our mission, embracing our culture of compassion, and saving lives through building partnerships like this one! Well done!
