I usually don’t like to bring up things that happen at my facility but I am wanting to warn other local groomers/businesses of Senaida. I had a bad experience with her today. She sent a man to drop off her dog and he wanted to pay before the appointment but only gave me $60 out of the total of $74 , he told me he would pay me the rest at pick up so I was okay with that! Once I finished her pet I let you her know that she could pick her up and reminded her to pay the remaining total of $14 because her dog had fleas and ticks and the man agreed to it before he left. When he showed up to pick up the dog he showed up empty handed so I called Senaida to let her know that he didn’t have the money and she asked if I could meet her out of the facility and out of business hours to pick up the rest of the payment. She told me it was rude when I didn’t want to meet her out of work to pick up the money she owed me after grooming her pet and hung up on me and continued to text me with vulgar language. It just upsets me because you could never go to a corporate business and try to leave without paying or ask them if you can pay later so I don’t understand why people think it’s okay to do to local businesses? Again I’m just wanting to make this post to warn other local business about how she acts towards people. I would hate for this to happen to the next groomer she goes too because I will not be tolerating and taking her in again.

Got reunited tonight with an old client. I knew I remembered him because when I first started grooming him he was either 1yr or younger. I was so happy when during the groom I realized who he was and I started looking for old pics and old videos and it's definitely him! 🖤 he was way too comfortable with me for it just to be a "new" client.
