Ahh so super happy to get this update!! It’s difficult to be a dog and cat owner- seriously!! Many dogs chase the cats all over and usually the cat goes into hiding just to avoid the chase. Well we are making progress with Mia🐶🐶👌🐾🐾
Chase and I are beyond rusty!! And I am not referring to his coat being red. 1 1/2 years ago , at 2 y/o, I found out that Chase had severe #hipdysplasia. I was told that he had hips of an old man on his left side. So we stopped training completely. He had 2 #StemCell #Surgeries, but is still a candidate for a full hip replacement. After consulting several respected surgeons and breeders last year, the majority said - to wait. (they decided this based on his activity level and that he still runs like a gazelle). After an almost 2 year hiatus, we just started training again. It’s obvious how much happier he is working than being a #couchpotato. Coincidentally, LOL, I am much happier also 🙌🎯. Teddy is very bossy!!! The breed is highly intelligent, and can quickly take over any household because of their teddy bear appearance. Don’t let that fool you :-) LOL. Teaching Teddy #pushups is also teaching him to defer to his mama, and pay attention. Here, he is learning to work for his dinner :-). Dogs are born with an #earn - mentality, so it makes sense to have them #Work #LOL. HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE 🐾🐾🐾🐶. One of the nicest and most gratifying attributes of what I do, is working with kids and dogs. It is so disheartening when the kids are so excited for the new puppy to come home, but the puppy is nipping, jumping, and stealing their things.
