I am Aliza Eduljee, owner and founder of BINDHI’S! I’ll begin by sharing a little about myself. I am from Delaware and am finishing college at the moment. I’ve always been a big animal lover, and in 2020, I adopted my best friend, Bindhi. My inspiration for BINDHI’S came from Bindhi herself. I loved coming up with recipes for new treats, and she seemed pretty happy with my new hobby. I then starte

d working with illustration platforms and decided to expand to portraits. I came to the idea of starting a pet product business when I was at a rough point in my life. I decided I wanted to combine the things I love most, dogs, baking, and painting, and create something I can share with others.

It’s been a while since I introduced myself, so here it goes!

Hi ❤️ I’m Aliza Eduljee (owner/founder of BINDHI’S)!
I started BINDHI’S as a way to build a community around organic food for dogs because I believe that if we’re eating organic, they should be too 🙂
I founded BINDHI’S while I was in college at the University of Delaware and jumped into it full time after graduation 🎓
The company is inspired by my dog, Bindhi, herself who I noticed, from a young age, had stomach issues when it came to treats on the market today. I wanted to create something that I could feel confident in and that wouldn’t cause any stomach issues down the road!
I initially started my business by providing delicious treats to friends and family with dogs, and as the brand grew, I decided to expand!
After a year in business, I can proudly say we are in 6 stores across Delaware, won best pet-goods brand in New Castle County, and have been published in multiple magazines and newsletters (including Fi dog collars)!
Alongside wanting to create treats that owners could feel confident with, we also wanted to draw awareness to canine cancer, which is a saddening, prevalent disease that 1 in 3 dogs will experience. But, with new research, new treatments, and optimistic people, canine cancer has become more easily diagnosable, caught quickly, and treated successfully! And to raise awareness for this disease, we decided to donate a portion of our sales to The National Canine Cancer Foundation!

We also would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers, stores, and community for their support as we grow! ❤️

An apple a day keeps the vet away 🍎 We wanted to include delicious, organic apples into the mix of BINDHI’S treats😁
Why Apples? ⬇️

💊Vitamins: Apples contain essential vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C and Vitamin A, which are beneficial for immune function, promoting a shiny coat, and aiding in vision and growth!

🦴High Fiber: Apples are a good source of fiber, which can aid in digestion and promote a healthy digestive system!

😁Low Fat: Being low in fat makes apples a great option for the pups looking to ‘lose a few pounds’!

A portion of our sales are donated to the Foundation in an effort to raise awareness for canine cancer research and finding suitable treatments 💜

One out of every 3 dogs will get cancer. Because of this startling fact, this charity was founded to help educate and raise awareness.
•The National Canine Cancer Foundation’s goal is to save dogs’ lives, educate and reach all dog owners, and find new treatments and a cure for canine cancer. Read more about their cause at wearethecure.org.
❓Why did we choose this Foundatjon? While I was growing up, we had many dogs in our family. Unfortunately, Colby and Gracie were both diagnosed with bone cancer. They made it through treatment successfully and passed happily with the family 😊 we wanted to show our support for them and their fight by dedicating our treats to them AND donating a portion to the helpful Foundation
