Guess whose ears are finally up? If you are like me and get nervous when your Scottie’s ears aren’t up, let this encourage you. It took 20 weeks (almost five months) for this guy from Scotland’s ears to go up! Now he just needs to grow into them! 💕

I know I haven’t said much about these cuties in awhile, but I really have the best dogs. Sitting on the porch this morning, and these three wanted to be next to me but couldn’t resist sitting in the warm sun. Between goldens and Scotties, I have two wonderful breeds of dogs. I’m thinking a future post might be how I ended up with these two very different breeds!

Meet Ollie, our imported English golden male from Belarus! He has a sweet and playful temperament and is a beauty with a thick long coat. He loves people, he loves to drink out of the water hose (see previous post of him drinking), and he loves to play with kids! He is also the father of our most recent litter!

Winston Gets a Bath!

Meet Winston! He is one of the sweetest goldens! He stood like this for 30 minutes while I bathed him, pulled ticks off, and cut his mats out. I didn’t need to hold his leash. He didn’t even shake until I was all done. Not sure if it was the mild winter in SC this year, but we have had a problem recently with ticks, so all of our dogs got baths today, and I gave them all Bravecto! It is supposed to kill fleas within two hours and ticks within 12! Hope it works! Has anyone else been struggling with ticks?
