IMPORTANT INFO AND POLICY UPDATES!
Effective immediately!!!
MY SCHEDULE IS COMPLETELY MAXED OUT FOR THE YEAR ALREADY!!! I’m not able to accept any new clients. If you miss a scheduled appt I can add you to my cancellation list but you most likely won’t get in til your next scheduled appt. If you give me a few days notice that an appt won’t work I can often find someone to trade days/times with you.
NO SHOW NO CALL FEE = to HALF YOUR GROOMING TOTAL will be charged for any missed appointment without 24hr notice. This fee must be paid before an appointment will be rescheduled. If you miss 3 appts without notice I will no longer be able to provide grooming services for your pet and all future appts will be canceled. I have a very long list of clients hoping to get in. Even if I have a few hours notice I’m generally able to find someone on my list who can make it in to fill the spot. However if you simply just don’t show up that leaves me no time to find someone to come in and takes away from income that was scheduled to be received.
PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! If you are 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show and be charged the above fee and will need to reschedule.
PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE AND DUE AT OR PRIOR TO PICKUP! Payment options include Cash, Card, Venmo, Facebook Pay or Cashapp. I’m happy to send an online invoice for you to make payment online if you prefer not paying in the shop however this needs to be done and paid prior to pickup. Effective immediately I will no longer release dogs til payment has been received.
AGGRESSIVE DOGS- if at anytime during groom your dog/cat becomes aggressive and I feel it is unsafe to either myself or pet to proceed they will be sent home “as is” (most likely unfinished) and referred to a vet for sedation grooming however full payment for their scheduled appt is due. Please note a bite can put me out of commission for working for several weeks so I have to protect myself.
