We are so proud of this team and their accomplishments. There are over 1000 NVA hospitals nationwide, and twenty-six of those hospitals were chosen recipients of the Stan Creighton Founder's Award.

Sachem Animal Hospital was one of those 26 hospitals for our hard work, positive culture, and overall growth as a hospital and as veterinary professionals.

A good veterinary receptionist is so hard to find. These are the people that cater to our clients and patients each day. They handle all of the phone calls, emails, messages, scheduling, payments, and coordinate any patient transfer to an emergency facility when needed. They get to see all of our clients with happy faces, and unfortunately, some of the sad ones. They know you by name. They know your pet by face. They remember the ways to make your pet less nervous, and know what makes them wag their tail or settle down. They always have a treat or a toy handy. They go out of their way in many cases to deliver the best possible customer service.

While we appreciate our team daily, this week is extra special. It is Veterinary Receptionist Appreciation Week!
