Trouble is…the ducks like to hide their eggs, and they are hiding them pretty good because I have only gotten chicken eggs so far. 🤔

This was a dog I fostered back in 2018 through a rescue I work with called The Rescue Project.

SPECIAL MEDICAL FOSTER NEEDED:
Gus was adopted from TRP in 2018. His name was Asher at the time. Gus injured his knee and after a very large quote for the surgery he needs, his family unfortunately reached out to us to surrender him back due to inability to cover the cost of the surgery.

Gus needs a foster willing to keep him for several months while he has knee surgery and recovers. This would look like kennel rest and leash walking before and after surgery. He cannot do stairs post-op and would need to be carried up and down any stairs with baby gates used to block stairs.

He is good with other dogs and good with kids. He presently lives with kids but would be best in a more quiet home without small children for his recovery

Anyone willing to be this guy's hero. His injury was late June and he's been waiting for care ever since.

… about this time In 2019, I decided to foster Jackson (brown and white pittie on the left). Such a fun and adorable pup! I picked up Jackson from a trailer park in Olathe, KS from a family that simply could not take care of him. To make matters worse his owner had already dumped him on these people. 😣

Jackson was quickly adopted by a man named Jared. Jackson now lives the city life in KC’s new high rise One Light.

Not too shabby! ❤️ 🐾

I was able to hang out with clients Mikey & Milley the other week ❤️

Fun fact: Mikey was my very first client when I started on Rover. He came and stayed a week with me over Christmas 2021 and was just a puppy then! So awesome to see how he has grown!

I took a trip to Bolivar last week in an effort to help rescue these adorable puppies 😍

Both are absolutely precious! I am told they are a husky-poodle mix, approximately 10weeks. Shaggy, the male, is the darker-colored scruffy one. The lighter one, a female, my youngest has named Goldie. 😊

They have already had their first round of vaccines, microchip, and dewormer. I will be fostering them and soon they will be adoptable through the Heart of America Humane Society ❤️
