We're excited to announce the winners of our costume contest! Where's Doggo came in first by only 19 votes! Paws and Relax came in a close second! Sherlock Bones came in third! And Chocolate S'more was the staff pick! Everyone had amazing costumes and we hope you have a safe and happy Halloween!

🐕 MARLEY UPDATE 🐕

It's been almost 6 months since we introduced you to our ESD (Electronic Storage Detection 📱) K9 Marley - we wanted to provide an update on the great work he's done!

So far, Marley has had 35 deployments, assisting in ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) search warrants, MCU investigations, and numerous requests from outside agencies in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Many of the devices found by Marley have been considered key pieces of evidence. 🕵️‍♀️

Marley has found 60 total devices and is credited with rescuing 10 children by Operation Underground Railroad (an organization dedicated to ending s*x trafficking and child exploitation) statistics. Marley also provided emotional support to child victims on scene.

Outside of work, Marley recently attended a Halloween event at Togus Hospital (and dressed for the occasion) where he interacted with kids and provided demonstrations that included finding devices and obedience.

Marley is a true hero 🦸‍♂️

Have you found the most boo-tiful costume for your Uncommon Dog? Or perhaps your dog's Howl-oween costume makes you shriek with fright? The deadline for submissions for our costume contest is tomorrow at 5:30!

Henry is excited to announce it's time for our annual costume contest!! Here are the details:

You can take the photos yourself and send them to us, or bring your dog and costume to daycare and we'll get photos of them for you.

Entries can be submitted any time between now and 5:30pm on Friday, October 25th.

Once all entries have been submitted, we'll post the photos on Facebook and the photos with the most Facebook reacts (likes, hearts, etc) are our winners! Voting will end at 5:30pm on Wednesday, October 30th.

Only current Uncommon Dog daycare dogs are eligible to enter, but anyone can vote!

We can't wait to see all the entries!!

Reminder to make your daycare reservations 🐾

Your best friend can play with us and have enrichment opportunities, time with friends, nappie-naps, plenty of outside zoomin’ and treatos!

Also if you have made long standing reservations and you won’t be using particular dates, give us a shout so we can open that spot to one of your dogs buddies who may be waiting.
