Don and I are home today and watching the weather; we will bring the horses in before the rain comes this afternoon. The radar and the hourly are totally different, so we will play it by ear :)

The horses are tucked inside for the night, and there's a pretty good chance that they will stay in tomorrow. They'll be in much better shape than our roads with all this wind!

The horses are tucked in for the night - Moxie is busy exploring the Christmas decorations, but none of the other horses gave them a second glance.

If you're coming out to decorate on Saturday, dress warmly! I'll have hot chocolate and snacks out around noon and will order pizza mid-afternoon. We have totes of decorations to use so don't feel like you need to go out and buy stuff :) See you tomorrow!

The horses have rotated over to the big field. Archer and Journey will move to the pond pasture and my horses will move to the NW pasture. Wolfie is on stall rest awaiting new shoes. Although we miss seeing a big herd, pasture rotation (and every other chore) sure is easy these days ♡♡♡ :)

Just a friendly reminder (and because I'm 100% sure I didn't tell our two newbies)... although I do love the idea of turn and burn with the drag, it's probably best if I don't. When you're done with barrels, jumps, or ground poles, please put them near the fence line. It makes dragging much easier. Thanks. :)

With a warm April and a wet May, the weeds put the Arena Rascal Pro drag to its hardest test yet. We're not finished, but there are finally enough improvements that you can happily use the outdoor arena- and please do!
