We are collecting donations through FRIDAY! Thanks in advance!

Until next Saturday (the 19th) we’ll be gathering donations to drive up to Noah Project, for them to then get the supplies down to hurricane-affected areas. We’ll have a separate box in our lobby for these hurricane donations, but if it’s full or you can’t find it, just let a staff member know that it’s a hurricane donation that you brought.

Just a reminder of why you should keep your pets updated on their rabies vaccines!

FOURTH OF JULY TIPS:

1. Walk your pet during the day to help get out energy in a routine way.
2. Create a safe, cozy space in a bedroom or other room that be closed off that they can’t escape from.
3. Play some classical music to help your pet calm down and to cover up unfamiliar noises.
4. Make sure no alcohol is accessible to your pet.
5. Watch your pet closely and monitor how they react, give them reassurance and attention as needed.
6. If you’re out on the water, consider a life jacket for your dog even if they are a good swimmer.
7. Make sure your pet has tags or is microchipped, in case they do get out or get lost.
8. Buy a cute bandana!
