We saw this sweetie for the first time today for a routine spay procedure and vaccine updates. Although she showed no symptoms on presentation, after running a routine heartworm test for her, we found that she was heartworm positive. ✨Hint: watch the top video closely in the bottom middle of the square! 🤢 Yearly wellness checks, medical updates, and monthly prevention are important to keep your pets healthy! We started treatment for her today and will monitor her progress closely in the coming months. ❤️ *shared with owners permission.
