Our apologies to those that had trouble with the Obedience Match link. There was a miscommunication followed by someone messing up the sheet. We expected to have it fixed quicker, but it is NOW LIVE!

Reminder of the rules:
- Judges and Stewards spots MUST be filled first so they may get priority in their runs spots. Judges will get 2 free runs, stewards and member in charges get 1 free run.

- Each run is $5 and is paid by cash or check only! Pay at the box on the table, NOT the yellow drop-in box!

- DO NOT replace anyone's runs!

This week, most classes are returning to their normal schedule!!! (Foundation and Advanced Foundation start January 14th.)

As a reminder, ALL CLASSES, except for Conformation are FULL! Also, please remember payment in the form of cash or check, along with vaccine certificates if needed!!

Lastly, winter weather is upon us. This means roads may become unpredictable. In Ohio, we operate off of a Level system for the roads. If we are at a Level 1, you instructor may decide to cancel class. If this happens, we will reach out to you as soon as we can by email, text, Facebook, website, etc. If we are at a Level 2, we will automatically cancel all classes and reach out to you as soon as we can! We will try to make all decisions at least an hour before the class starts.

Our new session of classes will begin the week of January 6th. Please be patient if you have emailed [email protected] about classes. Our classes have been very full and in order for us to be able to give you the guidance you deserve, we want to be sure we have room in your desired classes! We will be returning emails over the next week, as this session is wrapping up for the holidays.

Please mail entries early. If you do not get a preliminary confirmation in a reasonable time, contact the secretary. I would define reasonable as 1 week due to the poor mail service. Waiting until after closing to ask if I've received an entry is too late. TKC has a JotForm option so that if your entry has not been received you can enter online right up to the closing time

Preliminary confirmations are sent for a reason - to catch any errors made by the secretary or exhibitor so they can be corrected before the trial closes. Although I would like to correct spelling errors, that needs to be done from the preliminary. Once the trial closes a lot of the paperwork is printed

Also, please put your name as part of the return address on the front of the envelope. I did have one day of mail never delivered. I was able to contact the person who put her name with the return address. Any others in that batch of mail are lost. Well, maybe they will show up next month

One final note - the only piece of information on an entry form that is important is the dog's AKC registration number. That number is what is used to enter your dog's Q's into the AKC results database. Please check that number
