Can you help keep the shelter dogs warm this winter?
Hi everyone! It's Logan here! Important news!
My dad says the weather is gonna get colder now. And he tells me that dogs at the shelter sleep on blankets on the floor. So I told him, âDad, we hafta find a way to get them some beds.â
Well, it took a little time. But he found a way! Here are the details...
There is a non-profit organization called Animal Rescue Aid in Atlanta, Georgia. And they love fur-babies a lot. So they came up with a program to allow shelters to get raised beds really inexpensively ($26.95). They will even ship them to us for free. And the best part is, you can help!
You go to this page (https://donatenow.networkforgood.org/animalrescueaid?code=ARA%20Main%20Website%20Button) to help, and there are only five steps!
Step One â Decide how much you want to help. You can click a box or fill in an amount, then say whether it is a one time or recurring gift.
Step Two â Tell them how you are helping. Just click âFor Pet Bedsâ or âWhere Needed Mostâ and THEN BE SURE TO PUT âHollister Police Animal Care & Servicesâ IN THE LITTLE BOX THAT SAYS âEnter the name of the shelter/rescue group you'd like to be the beneficiary of your gift.â
Step Three â Use PayPal, a credit card or a debit card on the secure Network for Good fund raising platform.
Step Four â Decide whether you want to add 3% to your gift to cover the transaction fees.
Step Five â Click the âDONATE NOWâ button.
I know you love fur-babies, and I remember last year a lot of you asked how you could help. Our goal this year is to get a bed in every kennel and to have plenty of extra bed toppers on hand so the fur-babies in our care never have to sleep on cold concrete again.
Thank you!
