Did someone say nosework? K9You will have a few openings in the Thursday, 11:15 AM - 1:00 PM class. Classes will start on October 10th. This class is at approximately the Advanced or NW1/NW2 level. Dogs will need to know at least Birch, Anise and Clove odors and have some experience searching. Feel free to reach out if you are not sure if the class will be right for your dog.

We may have an opening in the 9:00-10:45 PM, (Advanced/Excellent, NW2/NW3 level) but I will not know for sure until Monday.

Training classes open now! Classes start next week! There is still space in the classes I teach - FitDog (Levels 1, 2, and 3) and Focused Heeling. The FitDog classes can be used to earn FitDog titles with AKC. The Heeling class is appropriate for beginners to more experienced heeling teams to help clean up position and add fun to heeling.

There are other classes too - Manners, Tricks, Agility, Rat Sports!

Our small class sizes and positive reinforcement based approach to training ensures a fun and rewarding experience for you and your dog!

New classes are starting at Town and County Dog Training Club May 1st. We will be indoors!

One of my classes is Focused Heeling. This class starts at the beginning for dogs who are brand new to heeling, but also is helpful for dogs who are not new to heeling as it reinforces precise position and fun and energy in heeling. Heeling is my favorite thing to teach and this class is a lot of fun!

Foundation class for competitive dog heeling, and suitable for all levels. Bring energy and precision through the use of games and smart props!

New classes at Town and Country Dog Training Club! The new session starts May 1st and we will be indoors!
One of my classes is FitDog. What is Fit Dog? This course is an introduction to Canine Fitness and participants who complete the course receive a certificate to use toward their AKC FitDog title! We cover fitness positions, cavaletti, stretching and more.

Searching for scent work classes? For the first time in a long time, K9You has some drop in spots open in our Thursday classes that start April 18th! Anyone is welcome to join these classes as long as they understand the class level and their dog is appropriate for the class. Drop ins are $35.00 per dog per class.

Scent Work trial hosted by the Shetland Sheepdog Club in Lodi at Sycamore Kennels on February 17th and 18th. FOUR trials, Novice - Masters, in two days!! That's a lot of sniffing! The trial opens Monday, which is a holiday, so get those entries in the mail! Also, one of our favorite judges, Amanda Hutchinson, will be back on the West coast to judge! The other two judges, John Strassner and Susie Abel are also Awesome judges!
