This couple strolled through the Kitten Room and saw Wilson and just had to get him ‘and’ Ember!

They’re rather a bonded pair so they will be living together forever!

‘Tis the Season ~

Even though it’s winter, it’s Autumn for this woman and her husband. They walked in to the Teen Room and fell in love with this beautiful cat.

Their adoption process - filled out an application, the approval (in this case) was fairly quick, and a carrier was lent - was efficient. And out the door they walked with their new pet!

Did you know? ~

Our facility holds a darling little guy, Watson. And did you know that Watson is a Lhasa Apso? While we don’t know if he is pure bred, he sure appears to have characteristics of this breed.

Kit Kat For Adoption ~

Meet Zoe. She is 2 years old, a little shy but friendly and curious. She can be won over overtime with food, treats, and patience.

Cleopatra, the exotic-looking beautiful cat (who bore 7 kittens this past summer) was adopted by this little girl.

She stepped into the Teen Room with her mother and announced to Kathy, while pointing down to Cleo’s head, and declared that this cat was hers.

And just like That! Cleopatra went to her new home! Congratulations to all!

Hank was adopted today (January 4, 2025). A woman and her young daughter set eyes on him and just knew “He was The One…” even though they adopted a second cat as well, Cleopatra.

Pippa is a female 8 month-old cat in our Kitten Room. She is sweet and charming, but a teensy bit shy when you first meet her.

Good Times ~

Tuffy, the once-teeny kitten who rode his way to Hollister in the engine of a pickup truck, now has a great life with this gal. Tuffy was adopted last week! Christmas for both of them was glorious!

These two young children came to Pet Friends looking for a kitty to have and to hold. They sat on the bench in the middle of the Kitten Room. And no sooner did this darling black 🐈‍⬛ kitten, Fudge, sit on their laps and purr. It was a purr•fect match!

This fella came in looking for a cat to adopt. Well, he found the ones he really wanted:

18-pound SIMBA and sweet Chai, a darling Seal Point young cat.

The staff misses both cats. Give it up for a sweet home for these two cats!
