How does labeling happen at 𝙂𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨, from start to finish?

First, we create a Manufacturing Order. This specifies how many batches we are going to make, and how many of each size of product will be packaged.

At 𝙂𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨 we print all our own labels in house. This allows us to quickly make changes in case there are formulation changes, or changes in label requirements.

Once we have a Manufacturing Order, it goes to Tim (𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝐷𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑜𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛), and he prints all the required labels.

The Manufacturing Order and all labels go to our labeling personnel, who apply the labels to the proper containers and boxes. All the packaging is then set aside until the product has been mixed, and the packaging personnel are ready to put it all together!

𝑀𝑦𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑜’𝑠 𝑆𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑦

Testimonial Tuesday at 𝙂𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨!

Mystro, a family ranch horse in the Neugebauer family, first experienced colic in 2008 and was switched to grass hay after a vet visit. 𝙎𝙐-𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚 was utilized to aid him during another round of colic in 2013. By the time he was 17, Mystro began losing weight, prompting a consultation with Mike (𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝐷𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑜𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡 𝐷𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡), who designed a specialized feed plan. This included adding 𝙎𝙐-𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝙂𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙, 𝙎𝙐-𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢, and 𝙎𝙐-𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙁𝙇𝘼𝙓 to his grain to address potential gastric ulcers and improve his overall health, including his skin and coat. The feed plan proved effective and likely saved Mystro's life!

In the fall of 2024, at nearly 29 years old, Mystro started losing weight again. After adding 𝙎𝙐-𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝙂𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙒𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 to his diet, he regained weight within a month and a half. The 𝙎𝙐-𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝙂𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙒𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 supplement will remain as a maintenance dose once he reaches a healthy weight. Mystro remains more energetic than his 17-year-old companion Diaz!

The Neugebauer family continues to use 𝙎𝙐-𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚, along with other products like 𝙎𝙐-𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙤 and the 𝙎𝙐-𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙭𝙒𝙍𝘼𝙋, to care for their horses. Teri has worked for 𝙂𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨 since 2007 and is our inventory specialist. She is grateful to work for a company that truly prioritizes the health of their horses and was eager to share Mystro's story.
