Friends and customers - we want to say THANK YOU for supporting our farm over these past 7 years - we truly appreciate each and every one of you. We thank each one of you who came to Palafox Market or the Farm on Saturdays and bought our heirloom tomatoes. We particularly thank Irv Miller from Jackson's and Joe Abston from Pot Roast and Pinot for buying tons of tomatoes every single week for so long.

COVID shut us down for over a year and we found new adventures during that time. We have sold the farm and moved on to these new adventures. We will see you from time to time at the market and we wish all our fellow Market Neighbors the very best!

From Jim Eveleth - Time for planting in zones 8a and 8b. Opening up fields today for the fall vegetable crop. The High Tunnels in the background will be used for winter Organic Heirloom Tomato production. We grow over 100 varieties of Heirloom tomatoes throughout the winter and up until June. Farmers Markets and 5 star restaurants utilize about 90% of my production and the balance goes to local food banks.

First of all THANK YOU to all who supported the farm this season. We really appreciate those who came to the market, came to the farm, and bought our tomatoes. Unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to shut the farm down early for the summer. We will donate all remaining produce to the Holt Food Bank which is in dire need of fresh produce. We will no longer open our fruit stand on Saturdays and will miss seeing all of you. Please stay safe and we will be back better than ever this fall. Jim and Deb

We are an essential business and will be selling vegetables at our farm on Saturday, April 11. We have our Delicious Heirloom tomatoes as always, but we will also have heirloom beets and carrots. All grown naturally with no chemicals or pesticides.

We will be selling our Heirloom Beets, Carrots, and of course Tomatoes from the farm this Saturday. Due to Covid-19 this maybe our last weekend selling until further notice. UPDATE Hours are 8 - 2 tomorrow. TOMATOES ON THE FARM AGAIN!!! The Palafox Market is closed for the next three weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be selling tomatoes from the farm again tomorrow so come on out and get yours!! We have beautiful heirlooms that are ripe and ready! Any Palafox Market farmers and vendors who need an outlet for sales are welcome to set up at the farm. We have lots of room and welcome all. We are located at 4675 Hardy Adams Road In Holt. One day only - selling from the farm!!! We usually spend our Saturdays at the market in Pensacola, but the market is closed this week due to the Mardi Gras Parade. You’ve been asking us to sell directly from the farm so that’s exactly what we are going to do!!!! Tomorrow from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. we will have our market booth set up at the entrance to the farm and we will be selling our delicious heirloom tomatoes. We grow naturally with no chemicals or pesticides so you get the best tomatoes money can buy!! We will post if we sell out early so come on over and get your tomatoes!!! Palafox Market Customers - it’s a beautiful day at the market and we are here with beautiful heirloom tomatoes and our tomato jam!!! We also have spinach and bok choy, all grown at our farm with no chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides. Can’t get any fresher or better tasting food!!! Come on down to Palafox Street and come early!!
