Times change.
People change.
Logos and brands generally remain the same, unless there is a need to change. Take a look at IBM for example. They still exist. Their logo is simple.
So if I asked you who has more experience than I do to come up with a logo, would you think any less of me for not creating my own? No, you likely would not - because you have marketing expertise and know brands / brand recognition very well.
I was just playing a world conquest/domination video game, when I came up with the idea of arms and armour...and a chicken. Like a bantam rooster maybe, but in full platemail.
With this idea in mind- what logo would you make for my crimson red or golden yellow chicken?

Fur trapper needed to clear out a family of raccoons making a chicken dinner out of our livestock. They even killed our rooster, which means we have to wait for the chicks to grow up before we have more eggs.

We are down to two full grown chickens due to predators. Sadly we will jot have eggs for awhile. We do have hay (first cutting ) available for sale.

To the caller earlier yesterday afternoon whose phone call we missed- I’m sorry we missed your call but yes there will be a dozen eggs set aside for you. We should have two dozen eggs by Tuesday.

Well according to Facebook we haven’t posted in over 28 days. But since then we have had new page views, and new likes. This is a positive step forward people! We sell eggs for $3/dozen right now but the chickens don’t lay more than a few eggs a day because of the cold.
Well I must say a big thank you to everyone who has come to visit our page and websites. I am hoping to get some inquiries as to whether or not we have eggs in stock via the “click call now” option but the metrics say that we have had zero interest.
