❤️I just want to take a moment to give a shout out to all those who have donated money to my foster dogs over this past year and a half!❤️ I'm just getting ready to use the last of it to board Ruthie at Loving Paws in Holts Summit while we go camping and floating soon. It made all the difference in the world to cover heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention and boarding that the rural animal shelter they came from didn't cover, and after they shut down, it took financial burden off of Yadi's Pittie Pals to not have to cover those things once they took them on! ☺️As most of you may have heard, Junior found his forever home a few weeks ago! 🐾THANK Y'ALL a million for sharing posts and spreading the word to adopt and not shop and support your local rescues! 🐾

I want to introduce my temporary foster pups, Yoshi and Bowser! Their foster mom is having surgery, so they're staying here for a few days. They are very sweet and kennel trained and have been doing very well on the leash when I take them on their daily walk! They get along with the other dogs and heed the warnings of the dogs who don't want them in their face. We're working hard on perfecting potty training, since I work from home, and they're regular foster mom works long hours and it's been a struggle to keep up with their drinking and peeing. It seems like they're doing pretty good🤞 and they're just all around really good, sweet dogs❤️ They are what's left of a litter, but I don't know much else about them. I'm thinking they're probably right around a year old or maybe a little less. They're very affectionate and love to cuddle on the couch or anywhere! We have a few dogs with waived fees who are starting to become really stressed in this environment. We have waived their adoption fees to help them find loving homes!

Pittie Mix

Petunia is destined to become someone's heart dog. This snorty little low-rider loves to cuddle and does great with other dogs. Petunia is fully housebroken and kennel-trained and she tip taps and dances with excitement when she gets a meal or a walk. She is full of joy and is always ready for pets.

Since Petunia tested positive for heartworms when she came to us and is currently receiving treatment, any potential adopter would need to be okay with keeping her calm and limiting activity for the first couple months while she recovers, which isn’t difficult as she is a total couch potato! 🐾I have amazing news! 🐾 After being one of our foster dogs for a year and a half, Junior got adopted a couple of weeks ago!!!!! I was a little emotional and I forgot to take a picture when they were here to pick him up, so they sent me this adorable photo! Here he is with his new family and his new doggie friend, Appa!💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

🐾🐾🐾 ATTENTION: In light of recent inquiries, I wanted to remind everyone that I no longer offer boarding in my home. I made a post a few years ago and have changed my car magnets and the info at the top of my business page, however, I'm not able to figure out how to change my "about me" information. There are several facilities in the area that provide boarding and the ones that myself and my clients have used are Loving Paws in Holts Summit and MidMo Dogs in Jefferson City. Your vet clinic likely offers boarding, as well! I'm sorry for any inconvenience! I'm more focused on fostering dogs and continuing with the dog grooming part of the business.🐾🐾🐾

Sweet Dawby is in need of a foster! He is super sweet and super happy all the time. He has a severe skin infection that requires medicated bathes a couple times a week. We would like for him to go into a foster home for about a month to receive these bathes and hopefully heal faster than he is in the stressful shelter environment.

If you are interested in meeting him and then potentially fostering him please come by the shelter Monday thru Friday 12-5:30pm.

Max was adopted from the shelter several months ago and recently brought in as a stray after being hit by a car. All wounds have healed except for his broken pelvis. He is in need of a foster home for about 2 months while this heals. He would require leash walking only and need to be kept as calm as possible.

If you would like to meet Max and possibly adopt him, please stop by the shelter anytime Monday thru Friday 12pm-5:30pm.

🇺🇸Happy 4th of July!🇺🇸

Today we celebrate Independence Day and would also like to introduce our “4th of July, Find Our Home Event”!

We have several dogs who have been sitting and waiting for far too long for their forever families. These are perfectly good dogs, sweet dogs, dogs who are house broke and good with other dogs, dogs. Dogs who just want a family to call their own.

So, for the month of July, ALL these dogs will have their adoption fees WAIVED in order to help them find forever families.

She’s beauty and she's grace, she's elagance and taste she's Miss America and she needs a FOSTER!

This sweet baby girl needs a foster where she can go and heal. She has a severe skin infection secondary to demodectic mange (not contagious). She’s super sweet and seems to love every one she meets. If you can help give this a girl a place to heal before finding her forever family, she would greatly appreciate you!

Galaxy is looking for an adopter or foster. She did our sleeprover event in hopes of finding a forever family, unfortunately she did not find that special family.

She is a super sweet girl. She knows several commands and is house broke. She’s good with other dogs, cats and children.
