Due to an increase in cancellations and no-shows, we will be implementing a 24-hour cancellation fee (determined on the size of the appointment) and a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost for the grooming appointment. Additionally, starting next year, we will require a credit card on file and a signed policy agreement from all clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and have previously accommodated our clients' needs. However, we must address the impact of these cancellations and no-shows on our business operations.
Please note that we sometimes face challenges such as emergencies, traffic, or neglected animals that may cause us to be late or necessitate rescheduling. In such cases, we do not offer discounts. Our policies are in place to ensure the smooth operation of our business. If you cannot agree to these terms, we suggest exploring alternative services.
