Yes it seems I'm a one person show here but the reality of it is that I'm not. There's this guy!⏬️⏬️ that works behind the scenes when repairs are needed. My work room gets beat up with the day to day craziness. Then there are the things that just wear out. My big dog tub decided to show me who was boss one morning last week and sprayed my whole work room. The faucets finally had enough and needed repair. Ed added shut off valves at each tub so I don't have an issue again and is working to replaced the faucet parts. Without him helping and doing the repairs on this I wouldn't have been able to work this week. Thank you to my amazing and talented hubby, Ed!!

You know there are those once in a life time pets... Sadie has one of those not only for her family but as "my girl" for grooming. We spent every 4 weeks on a Saturday morning at 7am for the past 11 years together! Some of that time was spent coming with her sister Teagan until she passed. The last couple years she came with her sister Hocus. Sadie had such a unique, cute and sweet personality. I will truly miss seeing this girl. She is one of the many reasons I love my job so much. She always had me smiling or giggling❤️ Please keep her family and sister, Hocus, in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this life without her. 💔

Buddy has exciting news! He's all spruced up for an upcoming wedding! His momma(Stephanie) and daddy(Matt) are getting hitched this weekend and Buddy will be in photos🤗 I'm told I will get a photo of Buddy in his tux😍 so exciting! I wish them nothing but love, happiness and a beautiful wedding❤️

My early Saturday morning friends! Hocus(left) and Sadie(right)! Sadie is my sweet old girl who makes me smile everytime she walks in! She's got such a sweet and silly personality! Her sister is Hocus! Hocus is a service dog and was trained to perform tasks for her mom who is disabled. She can't be away from her for too long so we have an early morning visit before anyone else comes 🤗 Hocus looks very serious in this photo and she a working girl at home... she sure let's her goofy puppy personality out here. I was loaded up with kisses today and fairly certain I don't have to wash my face for at least 2 days😅😜

Cody❤️ he's such a gentleman😍 It may be physical and hard work but I LOVE my job! I really truly do! Growing up I didn't know what I wanted to do. I started working at the Animal Care clinic in Homer glen at age 16. Dr. O'Brien was the owner. He was and will always be the most amazing boss I've ever had. I worked doing kennels, reception and some technician help. Literally anything so that I could be there. I did work at a bank which was a great job but nothing that I wanted to make a career out of. I always still seemed to have at least one foot in the door at the clinic. School wasn't for me but animals were always a huge part of my life! When the opportunity came to have the current groomer possibly train me I took it! I had to learn on my own time and worked hard. I did then end up working at a couple of other grooming places so that I could have full time work. However, when the opportunity arose to be back working as a groomer at the good ole ACC I was there asap! I worked there until I was 30 years old and having my first child. Dr. O'Brien wasn't replacing me and said I could come back to work there or take clients names with me. Either was fine. This is how I ended up being able to work at home and raise my children! Dr. O'Brien gave me so many amazing opportunities and the chance to train for my PERFECT job. For that I will always be grateful.
