My sweet, puppy niece passed away surrounded by her amazing family on Jan 1st. She was adopted by my sister, Dr Endebak. She had been adopted by someone else and brought into the clinic for a check up. After the discovery of pregnancy and fleas the brand new owner just left her there with my sister and no longer wanted her. A quick grooming, spay and check written to TLC she was the newest member of my sisters family. She was a big sister to many other fur siblings at their home. However, her most important job was being a big sister to her fur brother Dewey and my sister's 2 daughters, Cadence (8)and Allison(5). They have never known life without Maggie. Please keep their family in your thoughts and prayers as they adjust to life without her❤️

I am so excited! My family got me GPS trackers for my dogs! A few months back our bold excited boy, Blaze decided to run through our invisible fence. This wasn't completely his fault and it wasn't invisible fences fault. The battery had started to run low and it was still set on a lower setting from when he was younger. Luckily our amazing friend across the street went to check why traffic was stopped on159th street.😱 She recognized Blaze and brought him home. Yes we had the fence company out immediately to help us address our issues! With a wooded lot it has always been concerning what would happen if one of them got out. It has only happen a couple times in 18 years but that's still not good. My dog Katie is a sweet pup with us but is scared and not people friendly. I would worry if she got loose that no one could help catch her. So far so good with the new trackers! It tracks their daily activities and updates location depending on how often you want it too! BUT most IMPORTANTLY it has a option for live tracking if they were to get loose and I can set boundries so it alerts if they cross. I highly recommend these! Affordable and easy! Some customers wonder why it may have taken longer that day. About 60% of my grooming pups are elderly. Some struggle much more than others. No matter how my day is planned sometimes things don't go as planned. Today my sweet Finn needed extra help. He can't stand on the table today so we're on the floor. It's not ideal but it's what he needs!
Just know I take the extra time needed no matter what stage in life they are at🤗

📣📣Reminder to continue heartworm, flea and tick prevention! Just because it's "winter months" doesn't mean it's wintery enough to kill these things off. This is the 3rd one this week😳 I also killed a mosquito last week and well...intestinal parasites are possible at any time it seems. I'm not perfect and forget as well. Annual fabric shopping! I even got material to make the blankets for my foster kitties for when they get a new home🤗 black Friday isn't what it used to be. It's not busy. Joanne fabrics had very few employees there and only one person at the counter cutting. I walked right up and didn't have to wait. However, my greeting was..."why would you come on black Friday. You should come a different day". This was then followed by her calling for back up and then the manager rolling her eyes when she saw me😆

You know there are those once in a life time pets... Sadie has one of those not only for her family but as "my girl" for grooming. We spent every 4 weeks on a Saturday morning at 7am for the past 11 years together! Some of that time was spent coming with her sister Teagan until she passed. The last couple years she came with her sister Hocus. Sadie had such a unique, cute and sweet personality. I will truly miss seeing this girl. She is one of the many reasons I love my job so much. She always had me smiling or giggling❤️ Please keep her family and sister, Hocus, in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this life without her. 💔

Today I said goodbye to my sweet furry friend, Ms. Macy. She's Arizona bound! I think she knew it. There are normally kisses involved, but today was well...as you can see😅

Even the groomer has trouble with her own dog🫣As amazing as he is...Blaze HATES his nails trimmed. Despite touching his feet and trimming regularly when he was little...it's just just one of those things he will never be good for. So it was a all "hands on deck"! Kenny and Matthew literally pinning him down, Hannah consoling and me cutting. 🙄 he's complete muscle and so freaking strong😳
