Originally opened in 1992 as Avocado Animal Clinic by Dr. Olson, the Hospital has been under new ownership since 2015 and has been renovated. We are a family owned practice and pride ourselves in leading the city of Homestead in top-notch veterinary care and services. In Fall of 2021 we will be moving 9 blocks south to a stand alone 3000 sq ft building once construction is done. Practice Manager &

Nine years ago, Aniel and I purchased Avocado Animal Clinic from Dr. Olson and turned it into Hospital. We had a vision to create a family friendly, affordable yet quality care for Homestead. Why are veterinary hospitals so busy during this pandemic? (It’s not just us!) Vet hospitals across the US are experiencing these crazy demands. So please be patient, and be kind to our staff. You have no idea how hard we have been working, or how late we have been staying after hours even after we “close” to take care of hospitalized patients and reset the hospital to be ready for the next day.
