Our sweet Luna girl has been honeymooning with her one and only Oliver! 💗 We're so excited and hopefully for some beautiful red, apricot, and cream F1b Goldendoodle puppies arriving mid-April! Pregnancy will be confirmed in 30 days.

Meet Romeo!

Romeo is our last sweet puppy available from Zoey & Kilo's Valentine's litter. Romeo is 8 weeks old and the perfect example of a velcro puppy. He loves to be by your side or snuggling in your lap. He's sweet, playful, and oh so smart! He just started our Puppies in Training Program and although still young, he's already excelling and loves to show off all he has learned.

Mr Romeo will make the perfect Valentine for 1 special family! Pre-training rates still available through 2/15.

This sweetest girl went to her forever home over the weekend. Previously Honey, now Raven. Here's what her mom had to say after her first night at home:

"Omgoodness! Raven is the sweetest dog!!! ❤️ we’re in love. She did amazing last night. Very little whining and no accidents so far. She’s also doing very well with using the bathroom outside in the grass."

We spend many many hours pouring into our puppies and giving them the best start to live. This is 100% why we do what we do!

It was an early start and going to be a busy day for these babies! A little bitter sweet, last meal and playtime together as a party of 9, 2 have already been personally delivered to their sweet new family and 2 more headed to NC to meet their new families. We love watching them join their new families but have to say we're gonna miss them! 🥰

Several more will go to their new homes next week. Only 1 male and 1 female are still searching for their perfect family!

We love getting updates on our prior puppies. This is Nala from Zoey's previous litter and a few things her mom had to say:

"Nala has grown and is such a loving pup. Rusty loves her and they play with each other though he will still put her in her place when she annoys him. She is so sweet and Rufus loves her as well."

Nothing makes us happier than seeing our puppies getting spoiled rotten and all the love they deserve!

Our last 3 pups from Zoey and Kilo's Valentine's litter. They will be 8 weeks old on Thursday and all have the sweetest personalities and temperaments!

Next week they will officially join our puppies in training program and will only get sweeter by the day. Anyone interested in pre-training rates reach out within the next week.

We will be delivering a few puppies to the Charlotte, NC area next Sat, 2/8, and are happy to add a stop if anyone is interested in personal delivery.

9 puppies sound asleep each in their own crate! 😴 It's honestly not an easy task to get here, but we got this. These babies are comfortable in our crates and space. They will take a little adjusting when they reach their new homes but we know they are going to do amazing due to the time and effort put in over these past 7 weeks. Less then 1 week until some of them start heading to their new homes!

Meet Amour!

We're not quite sure how this little guy has not yet been chosen by his forever family! He is absolute perfection and the sweetest guy ever! Kaylee named him Amour which means lover and it fits him perfectly!

He's got such a little goofy side and loves to play but also settles quickly and is without a doubt the first to flop down and roll over for belly rubs! He reminds us more each day of his dad and has a great personality and temperament.

In the next few weeks, Mr. Amour will transition to our puppies in training program, unless the perfect family comes for him prior to then. We are so excited to continue working with him and to watch him grow and learn all the things! He is going to make an amazing family pet or therapy dog!

6 weeks and 2 days old! We are so much fun at this age. Full of energy but also full of snuggles. We're eating solid food, sleeping through the night in our crates with a buddy, learning to go potty outside, and even though we no longer need our momma for food we still need her for socialization and she continues to teach us lots of important things! Some of us will go to our new families in only 2 weeks, our current humans have a few mixed feelings about that! 🥰

1st vet visit and immunizations for these sweet babies! Everyone checked out perfect and did amazing 🥰

In less than 3 weeks many of these babies will be headed to their new homes. Only 1 female and 2 males still searching for their perfect families. PM if you'd like more info!

Today these babies got a bigger space and after some breakfast, potty time, and playtime they got their first naps in their crates. For the next week or so they'll sleep in their crates with a buddy and once they become pros at crate time with a buddy they will transition to crate time alone. We are so proud of these pups, they only had a few minutes of whimpers and then fell sound asleep. 🥰

5 weeks old is so much fun! 😀 We play so hard and then sleep so hard! Yet there's always 1 to do her own thing. Tonight sweet little Lovey said she's not quite ready to nap.

Our last 4 little loves searching for their perfect Valentine's! 🥰 2 boys 💙 & 2 girls 🩷

We've had great expectations for these babies before they were even born, and boy are they meeting our expections at not even 5 weeks old yet. Their sweet little personalities are already beginning to shine through, and they are resembling the temperaments of their mom and dad more and more every day. We could not be more excited and proud of these sweet babies! They are going to make amazing Valentine's for some special families!

This....It may just be my favorite picture in a long time. Not because it's a great picture but because it shows how confident and secure this puppy is and how well our curriculum is working. This is only the 2nd time little Smoochie has seen a crate, she went in and out several times on her own, played some outside her crate, and when she got tired she walked in, laid down, and feel asleep. This is what it's all about!!

We had huge expectations for this litter due to the amazing temperaments and personalities of their parents and it is already shining through! We couldn't not be more excited and proud of these babies!

Dogs are den animals and need a safe and secure "den" of their own. In our home, we teach our dogs that their crate is their den. This provides them a place of their own to rest, relax, and remain safe.

Sweet loves got their first introduction to the crate today. They all were curious and explored the crate and several even decided to go inside on their own to get a toy. We'll continue crate exposure daily with different types of crates, lots of treats, chewys, and toys. In no time, these babies will be enjoying time in their crate / safe space. Teaching them early to enjoy crate time provides them a safe and comfortable place to rest when their families are unable to watch them.

Please forgive us that we got limited pictures. We were too busy loving on these babies and not taking pictures.

Happy Saturday! A little rain doesn't slow these babies down! 😍

Those of you who have followed us for long know we absolutely love tunnel time! It's one of the many fun things we do in the socialization process with our pups. This sweet little guy is almost 4 weeks old and is on the move. We have so much fun playing, socializing, and interacting with these little ones. Today they got to experience a little barrier challenge. Socialization of our puppies includes with some simple yet strategic tasks. This week they've gotten to see and play with a new item each day. Yesterday they got the stuffed beaver with a scarf that make crinkly noises. These 2 babies graduated from intermediate obedience class tonight. Kilo is such an amazing boy and Kaylee has done nearly all his training herself. We are so proud of both of them! Watching a newborn puppy sleep might just be one of our favorite things! Especially when they're sleeping on their back like little Smoochie is here. 🥰 If you’ve spent much time watching puppies sleep, like we have, then you may have noticed them doing a little twitching. We love to see them twitching because interestingly the twitching is an indicator that they are healthy and growing pups. This twitching actually has a name, it’s called Activated Sleep. It is caused by small electrical impulses sent from the puppy’s brain to stimulate their muscles. Because newborn puppies spend on average 22 hours per day sleeping, it would be difficult for them to build the muscle required to just stand. These impulses sent by their brain, to their muscles, stimulate and build their tiny muscles so that within just a few weeks they will be able to stand and walk. When we stop to think about it, it’s amazing how all the little details work together within such a tiny puppy, allowing them to grow into the amazing pups we love and adore! #southernsunsetpoodlesanddoodles

I'm gonna say it's safe to say that this little girl has no idea how lucky she is! Exactly a year ago today our little princess came into the world. She has brought us so much joy and happiness. Our home would not be the same without sweet Maple! Happy Happy 1st Birthday to Maple and all her littermates from Bella's last litter! 🎂 We hope you all are getting lots of extra treats, cookies, and spoiled rotten today 😍

Our sweet Maple girl graduated from her Advanced Beginners class last night and we couldn't be more proud of her. She absolutely loves to jump and teaching her to direct that energy and jump when and where asked has been so much fun for both her and us! We're taking a short break from classes to get through the busy season and then we'll be back at it. Lots of thought and contiplation to decide what direction we'll go next. Competition obedience, rally, agility, scent work?? So many options and Maple is such a smart, driven, intuitive, and people pleasing girl that we know she'll do great at whatever direction we choose. #southernsunsetpoodlesanddoodles #dogtrainersworkshop
