COVID Update !
As our community continues to work together to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we’d like to take a moment to provide you with an update on the precautions our hospital is taking to ensure the safety of our patients, clients and employees.
We understand that NYS has lifted the mask mandate.
Our hospital will continue to require masks for both staff and clients while in our facility.
There is a high-demand for veterinary care at the moment, together with significant staffing shortages, so we are taking every measure we can to ensure we don't have a COVID outbreak that might shut us down for a few days.
We recognize that if we had to close, nearby animal hospitals don't have the additional capacity to care for the animals that need our services. The health of our animal patients is extremely important to us.
We will be diligent about revisiting our requirement for masks in the next few weeks and remove this requirement when we feel it is safest to do so.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.
As a reminder, we are a team in the health care and well being of your pets. It is important we act with kindness in any situation. We are always here to listen and discuss concerns; However, any disrespect will not be tolerated. We understand how hard these past few years have been and how stressful having a sick pet can be. We are here for all of our clients and we are in this together! ♥🐾

Losing such a big part of your family is never easy. We are thinking of you and your family in this difficult time. We give you our deepest condolences here at Honeoye Falls Veterinary Hospital
How Nua likes to spend his lunch break, playing pranks (when he’s not fishing 🎣)while the surgery tech recovers a patient! 🤣

We are honored to share with our clients a new addition to our hospital.
Our team’s passion for the human animal bond has helped us place great focus on the details of those difficult moments when we need to say goodbye to our loved ones.
It is extremely important that we support each and every client in coping with this sensitive time . We have created a Comfort Room to allow you as pet parents to take your time and be comfortable while saying goodbye.
This room is located in the back of our building and has its own separate entrance. It provides a private and heated space that feels a little like home.
If you have any questions about this room please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
