We are so heartbroken to share the recent crossings of two Cat Cottage “legends” over the rainbow bridge 🌈🐾 both Stella and Keymick (“Micky” here!) were sweet, tough old gals who knew what they wanted and weren’t afraid to ask! You know they left an impression when there are tears here at the Cat Cottage, where we only shared small parts of their life as their home away from home 🏠 sending love to their families, and anyone else who needs it - this is truly the hardest part of loving our pets, having to let them go ❤️

The Cat Cottage sadly experienced our first “no-show” today 😿 Just a friendly reminder that we are a very small business, and I often bend over backwards to make appointments as convenient as possible for our boarders. The Cottage is also fully booked this week, we’ve had to turn away cats, so to now have this empty room is frustrating and disappointing. Please, if you need to cancel - take a moment and let us know! It is so appreciated not only by me, but the next family with a furbaby needing a room!

Hi everyone! A few updates 😺

Boarding: I’m back from a brief maternity leave and we are booking up quickly for the summer, as well as Thanksgiving! If you’d like a room for your kitty friend(s) as we finally return to traveling for much-missed vacations and holidays this year, you’ll want to book as early as possible to secure a spot. Only 1 room left for Memorial Day weekend, and 2 rooms left for Thanksgiving at this time!

Grooming: I am not currently offering cat grooming services as a result of pandemic-related reorganization here at the cat cottage; but, our wonderful next-door neighbor, Mudd-N-Mutts LLC. Certified Pet Grooming, does! Give Liz a call to book your kitty for a spa day - she is an expert, and the absolute best there is!

These brothers have been so fun to have stay with us - so much playtime, can you believe they’re 15 years young?!
