🖤With all the crazy s**t happening in the world right now, it felt so right to come together and just celebrate for our belated holiday staff party. Smiles & laughter were much needed! Mahalo nui to the talented team for feeding us such amazing food and to legendary for making us laugh til we cried!
🖤I am beyond thankful for my team and everyone that has contributed to The Public Pet over the years. Grateful to still be doing this almost for almost a decade later with a community that supports one another, celebrates q***r artistic joy, and of course loves their pets to the fullest. ☝️Today marks the two week time window til NYE celebration! If your pet is sensitive to fireworks PLEASE start giving them CBD now!

CBD takes about two weeks time to fully absorb into your pets system. So please assure that your pets are feeling safe and sound for the upcoming fireworks celebration.
🖤 Here are some pro tips for prep:
• Build up their CBD intake daily til the big day. This can be given through CBD treats, oils, or capsules. Day of celebration can be a slightly stronger serving if needed.
• Please plan to stay home with them if at all possible. They love you and want you near them to feel safe.
• Create a safe cozy space for them in the quietest spot of your home. Try playing some soothing music and create a cool vibe for your pet to chill with.
• Please keep windows, doors, and gates locked and closed to prevent any runaways or breakouts.
• Make sure all pets are wearing their ID tags with your current contact information should any accidents happen.
