Success! First strawberry from our aeroponic setup. Picked it a bit early to figure out how long to leave it on the plant so not very sweet, but it is pretty.

It's back! Our popular Glacier Greens (edible ice plant) will be available at the Kakaako Farmers' Market () while supplies last. We usually sell all of this to our restaurant partners, but we're working hard to make it available for everyone to enjoy. Its surface looks like it's covered with ice crystals and it is gorgeous on any plate. Crunchy, salty, and succulent it pairs exceptionally well with sashimi, poke and other seafood or just dress it with some shoyu and citrus for a delicious pupu.

Always enjoy seeing the consistency of the primed and pelleted lettuce seeds we use. Costs a little more, but faster to plant and predictable yield makes it worth it.

Yes! First week at the Kakaako Farmers' Market. We'll be here from 8-12 on the Ewa, Makai corner of Ala Moana and Ward. Farm fresh produce, food and drink that travels less than 1 mile!

Big milestone on a project we started last year. Two Sky Greens vertical growing towers were delivered to Kaimuki High School yesterday. We expect to get it up and running this fall. Working with the .worms.club, we'll be introducing urban vertical farming to the students and increasing food security for their community. Thanks to the DOE, KHS administration and staff, especially club advisor Chu Hong. Also, a big Mahalo to Ulupono Initiative () for their generous financial support.
