Where able to cut and bale some nice hay this week. Steve Grant (Shannon’s husband) came out to help and can I say overachiever ? And my neighbor, Cathy has been helping around the farm as well.

Took a short camping trip to Staunton this past weekend for a much needed get away. Mary, shannon and I enjoyed some easy trail riding while doing some trail training.

Also purchased some farm equipment to expand our capabilities. A small round baler to bale our new field of brome hay and spreader to spread lime. Hopefully these two pieces will save us money in the future

Update on farm activities. We had a skid steer come in and cut some new trails as well as hand cutting some too. Hope to build some bridges to connect trails together soon

Another great weekend in the books. Staunton river with some of the best people ever. Kim and Joe drove in from the mountains with their new horse, Red, to hang with us. Edward Keeter, Miranda Bagley, Mary and Michael turner also joined the group.
