New Products in the farm stand 👇🏻

Look what SACS of Stuff brought with the bread delivery, sourdough bagels 🤤

We now have Amolitta Pasta in the farm stand. Oh and do you spy what is in the fridge?
Butter from Ploughgate Creamery is back in stock and we have cheese🧀
The farm stand fridge is stocked with Blue Ledge Farm raw milk goat and cow cheeses.
There are several flavors of Chèvre, Moosalamoo which is mild cheddar/colby style, Riley's 2x4 a mixed goat and cow cheese that is cave age (perfect for grating over the pasta!), LaLuna a Gouda style cheese and Blue Cheese.

Farm to table, it's what's for dinner.

Don't miss out

The satisfaction of being responsible for your own food is something I wish everyone could experience. This is why I find it important to teach butchering workshops on our farm.
As someone who grew up poor I know the importance of being able to raise and grow my own food. I also have the unique perspective of someone who grew up in a vegetarian home and spent a lot of years as a vegetarian. I never thought I could take the life of an animal and I can now appreciate our students who struggle in the same way.

This Saturday we have several spots still left in our rooster butchering workshop. We will demonstrate butchering, it is hands-on for those who want to participate. We will discuss different methods and go over the difference between roosters, hens and meat birds.
