Toodles the is here to tell you his favorite salon is now closed for thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving Week! Please read full post for multiple updates for this week! Policies listed below will be in full effect this week to keep us running as efficiently as possible!

•we are open Monday-Wednesday 8a-6p to better accommodate everyone! We have very limited small dog (25lbs or less) spots for the remainder of the week. Please text 205-434-6612 to secure your spot!

•as usual, our drop off window is 8-9am. This will be strictly enforced this week.

•we ask that all pets are picked up within an hour of your completion text message. Per policy, we charge $7/hour per dog after the first hour of completion. This will also be strictly enforced this week.

•our no call no show policy for holiday weeks is 100% of the missed appointment. We appreciate a 24hr notice for cancellation/reschedule so we may accommodate as many pets as possible

•after hours pickup must be approved before the day of appointment. An after hours pickup fee of $15/10 minutes will be enforced this week. We all have families we want to get home to as well!

•we are closed Thursday 11/23 and will return to normal business hours Tuesday 11/28. All messages, texts, calls and voicemails will be returned on the 28th

•Poodle & Doodle specialty pricing
Poodles & Doodles have different hair than any other breed. As such, we will have an automatic base price for any poodle/doodle above 50lbs. Price will increase from this base according to weight, coat condition & behavior

We officially survived another Christmas week! Our girls tackled nearly 100 dogs this week with grace & a little (a lot of) caffeine🤷🏻‍♀️ They deserve a nice break! We’ll be back to normal business hours on Tuesday, January 3rd at 8am! Thank you all for another successful year! Merry Christmas everyone!🎅🏼❤️

Rogue is here to remind you there’s T H R E E more days her mama and aunt Nicole are working for the YEAR! We do still have a couple of small dog spots before Christmas!

Some housekeeping for the next few days; no call no shows are still unfortunately in full swing this week. If you cannot make your appointment PLEASE cancel so we can fit in someone else. As a result, no shows 12/21-12/23 will be 100% of the groom price.

Daycare: as per our policies, we charge daycare at a rate of $5/hour after the first hour your pet is complete. We understand this is a busy time of year & picking up fluffy may not be high up on the list. However, when pets are in the salon too long after completion, they can get more stressed & have more accidents resulting in another bath. Please do your best to pick your pet up in a timely manor. We will ask everyone at checkin if there’s a particular time you’d like us to shoot for. We will do our best to meet these times, this is your opportunity to let us in on your daily plans so we can complete dogs accordingly.

We’re so excited to end this year strong! Please be patient with us these next few days as we get as many dogs as possible pretty for Santa🎅🏼

We are officially closed for Thanksgiving! Our staff worked their booties off to get as many pups in and pretty! We tackled nearly 60 dogs in the last three days alone! Now for a nice, deserving break! We will be back in the shop on Tuesday Nov 29th, all messages will be returned then!

Thanksgiving availability: We have opened Monday November 21st in order to accommodate more puppies before Thanksgiving! Please reach out ASAP in order to secure your spot!

No call no show policy update:
Due to the unfortunate, quick rise in no call no shows, we have an update to our policy. Our groomers are paid commission, so no shows directly take money out of their pockets. We do understand emergencies happen and will address it on a case by case basis. We’ve had this policy in place, but are now forced to implement it across the board.

First offense: 1/2 of the appointment will be invoiced to email on file and must be paid before another appointment can be booked

Second offense: 100% of the groom price will be invoiced to the email on file and must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Third offense: termination of client

We hate to have to put this in place but we do have families to feed as well! As always we strive to offer the best service we can to everyone. We appreciated you all sticking through the highs and lows with us!
