It must be the receptionist!!
"I have to say y'all are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered at a vet. Every staff member that I had contact with there was so friendly and it makes you feel very welcomed. Hell, even the customers were very nice too. You just don't get that kind of feeling from staff at other veterinarians that I've used in the past. And because of that, I would drive across town to use y'all from now on. Because of that feeling y'all put off as soon as you walk into the door. So kudos and y'all keep up the good work."
