As a cat rescue with a free roam facility for adults, the hardest cases are adult cats that cannot stand other cats. They can't live at the Haven because we don't have appropriate space for isolating a single cat for any length of time. No one wants to foster adults, or if they do, they have other cats. 🤷‍♀️ We are struggling with two such cats right now.
Midnight is a little over a year old. LOVES LOVES people. Does not tolerate other cats at all. She is so sweet and just wants to spend time with people.
Hoochie is also a little over a year old. Same thing. She just wants to follow people and is super sweet. But just cannot get past the hissing and swiping at other cats. Even after prolonged introduction.
Both of these ladies DESPARATELY need either a foster home or an adopter with no other cats. We honestly have no idea how they would be with dogs. And someone to spend time with them and treat them as queen of their castle. Please consider filling out a foster form to foster one of them. Or even better fill out an application to meet and adopt. Twas the weekend before Christmas and all through the town, the kittens and cats are all settled down. Resting and primping and washing their ears, in hopes their families are soon to be here.

Let's not disappoint them! Help them find their home for the holidays. We will be at Pet Supplies Plus - Pelham, Al Sat and Sun (12/21 & 12/22) from 1 until 4. The Haven House & Kitty Kabin are open Fri & Sat from 1 until 5 and Sun from 1 until 3. Thru the end of the month adoption fees are reduced to $85 for one and $150 for two.

Kitties in this post will be at Pet Supplies Plus - Pelham, Al! There will be a separate post for the Kitty Kabin.
