Hello to our clients. We only take a limited number of appointments each day. A missed appointment is a loss of income for a small business. Grooming appointments are valuable to those wanting to get in and short notice cancelations and no-shows aren’t always easy to fill.
Starting October 1st, 2021, we will be implementing a No-Show and Late Cancellation Fee. Failure to cancel without 24hrs notice or not arriving to your appointment on time will incur a $20 fee (per pet) to your account.
