PLEASE READ!

Now that I’m back there will be a few changes! Quite a few will be going back to how we use to have things running! As well as some new updates and changes!!!

✨I will be booking 5-8 dogs a day.we will not longer be booking 15-20 a day. This will allow me time to slow down,provide quality grooms and do special little things for the clients! But I HAVE to book at least 5 dogs a day!

✨you will NOT have to pick your pup up within an hour after they are finished, they will just need to be picked up by 3-4 unless discussed other wise! (Some days I can stay late)

✨I will not be in the salon every other Saturday! If I’m at the salon on a Saturday I will not be at the salon that following Monday, but if I’m not there on a Saturday I will be there on the following Monday!

✨I will be posting my schedule at the middle of each month for the remaining month and the following month!

✨my husband now travels for work and is gone for months at a time. So I may go see him every once in awhile and will schedule my off time in advance!

✨when I’m not at the salon I will leave the salon phone at the salon! This will ensure that I get family time and a little break for myself. I will then return calls/text in order when I return. These will be answered in order (oldest to newest)

✨We have a new online booking site, if we do not answer right away please please utilize the booking site to ensure a spot for you!

✨we will be getting referral cards, and loyalty point cards in!! We have been doing them through the system however I want to make it a little personal for everyone!

✨we will be adding a scent bar and bandana rack so that you can pick your pups scent and bandana at drop off!

Remember Solo!
Just a little life update! 🐶
She is doing great after I adopted her!
Solo was found under a house, they believed she had puppies but could not find them! I followed her entire story! When she was taken to be fixed at a local clinic we found out she had pyrometra! Which is very dangerous! She was supper skiddish before and now that she is all taken care of she is living her best life with tons of energy!! No more babies for her! And a healthy life ahead!💕🫶🏻🤍

🤍🐶To the Hope Community and Surrounding Areas as well as Abilene🐶🤍

I want to take a moment to address some things about rumors that have been circulating about Elles Tails Dog Grooming. I want to assure everyone that these claims are untrue Neither I nor my business is a scam in any way. However when I lived in Abilene I got in over my head, I did the passes to try to help people because some clients could not afford grooming for their pets who really needed it and I took it too far. I have went in over my head. I had to shut down my business in Abilene due to some personal reasons. so I want to apologize to EVERYONE and ANYONE caught in the crossfires of this. I am working on a plan with two great people who will be helping me figure this out (not finacially) and make it right to all of you. My intentions were to NEVER to scam anyone and I have truly planned on always going through with everything but things did not go as planned the way I wanted them to. I have blocked people and that’s only because I didn’t want to be confrontational. And I know that can seem sketchy. I have refunded people it has been slow as I have been doing what I can. And I am doing my best to please everyone.
However I LOVE hope and I love the community here it is a very cozy and sweet town and I love the atmosphere. You guys gave me a second chance. However I should be completely open and honest with you guys.

As a dedicated and professional dog groomer, I take great pride in the care and service I provide to your furry family members. I truly love what I do, and it brings me joy to serve this wonderful community.
I would still love to continue doing so.

We are going to go ahead and book out the week before THANKSGIVING and the week before CHRISTMAS
How this will go: you will go ahead and book a time and date now, you will pay a half deposit, then, we will put you down. When it comes closer to time if you need to move that date then we can try to wiggle it around♥️
