Christian County Humane Society We are located in the last door of the Bed N Biscuit building on Skyline Drive. We have been a no-kill animal rescue for over 30 years.

The Christian County Humane Society is a small non-profit organization located on Skyline Drive in Hopkinsville, KY. Since we do not receive state or federal funding, we depend on donations, memberships, and fundraisers. All of our animals (of appropriate age) are spayed/neutered and current on all vaccinations. The adoption fee for our animals is $70.00. If the animal you are adopting is not old

enough to be spayed/neutered, your adoption fee will include a certificate for a spay/neuter to be used when the animal reaches the appropriate age. If you wish to volunteer, donate, adopt, or provide foster care for one of our animals, feel free to contact us!

Thank you to all their customers and community for adopting our pets from the tree for Christmas.

We are in NEED of a couple volunteers!! Are you retired? Stay at home mom with kids in school and got a couple hours to help? Are you single and want to.mingle with our kitty's?
We need help in the mornings of MONDAY and TUESDAY. You pick your hours between 6am and 11 am ( only 2 hours ).
DUTIES ARE:
SCOOPING LITTER BOXES
FEEDING CATS
WIPING OUT CAGES
GIVING MEDICATION ( If directed by vet )
Clean blankets if needed
Play with cats/pet them/ love them.

Foster mom writes: This is Remi he is a 1 1/2 yr old male neutered current on his shots. I am fostering him thru the humane society of Hopkinsville. I’m trying to find him a home with more room to run than I currently have. He does great with people, children, other dogs and cats as well. He is a true sweetheart and can track as well as any hunting dog I have ever seen.
