November is National Senior Pet Month!
This is our chance to truly celebrate our aging fur-babies. Embrace the wisdom, charm, and endless love they bring into your life by understanding their needs and celebrating their unique personalities.
Senior pets deserve red-carpet treatment with routine veterinary care. Regular examinations and preventative lab tests can catch health issues early, allowing for prompt treatment and a better quality of life.
There are also many things that can be done at home to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our aging beauties.

National Walk Your Dog Week is observed between October 1 to 7. Is your pooch a fan of getting outdoors and taking a walk? If that is the case, this week is an ideal time to celebrate and play outdoors.
When our weather (or canine companion) doesnāt cooperate for a scenic stroll, what do you and your 4-legged friends do for exercise?
Share your activities and pictures in the comments. š

Adopt a Less-Adoptable Pet Week is celebrated each year in the third week of September. Pets are our friends, and they give so much meaning to our lives. It is sad to think that certain animals are considered āless adoptableā because they are not āperfect.ā
Every day, families walk into shelters or view available pets online and, perhaps unconsciously, bypass some adoptable pets simply because of the way they look, their age, or because they have a condition such as blindness or deafness.
The physical, behavioral, or medical reasons that a pet hasnāt been adopted yet may be a result of a traumatic or difficult past. These pets are the ones who need safe, loving homes the most! š¾ā„ļø
