Great weekend at Dunkirk AKC Show!

Ascher took Reserve Winner's Dog both days. Just shy of the 2 points he needs. (Ava x Liam)

Iris is finally figuring out this dog show thing and took Reserve Winner's Bitch. (Ava x Flannigan)

Not an Agra bred dog but a good friend's Legacy bred Miniature American Shepherd, Volt, took Best of Breed.

Also an honorary Agra dog (mom's rescue dog) played for the first time in Rally Advanced coming away with 2 qualifying scores.

Ember finished her Novice Jumpers title this weekend in Romulus! She also got her first Open Jumpers and Standard Qs! She loves agility!

The long dog show weekend ended with a bang!

Ava took Best Veterans in Sweeps and the PM Specialty!

Ascher took Winner's Dog for more points towards his Championship at the AM Specialty! Only a few more singles to go!

Ember took Winner's Bitch and Best of Winner's at the AM Specialty! This finished Ember's Championship!! She is my first Bred-by Champion all handled points earned from the Bred-by class!!

We had a good day at Bloomsburg. Ember took Reserve Winner's Bitch to the major at Northern New Jersey Australian Shepherd Club Specialty. Ember also took Best Bred-By and a Bred-By Herding Group 1.

Ava went back in the show ring showing altered for the first time. She received Winner's Bitch both shows!

I just dropped Ava off for her spay this morning. To be honest I am a nervous wreck but I know she is in great hands. I also can't help to reflect on what a great mom she has been and all the great pet, show, and performance puppies she has given me. Her show career is not over just switching to more performance. And most importantly doing her most favorite thing of all, a lazy couch potato snuggling with her kid. 🥰

We had a fun weekend at the Syracuse AKC show. Both dogs got great compliments by the judges. There were a lot of nice dogs there so we did not get any points. Ember came home with a RWB. Both dogs showed great.

The honorary Aussie, Volt (A Miniature American Shepherd) had a great weekend going BOB x2 and a huge Herding Group 1. This little guy is such a good boy. I forsee an MAS joining the Agra family in the near future.
