Even though some schools are closed tomorrow 1/9/25 we will be open for those on the schedule that are able to get out. If your roads are bad please don’t attempt it we can always reschedule. Our road is pretty clear. The parking lot and steps of the shop are still icy even with salt down so please be careful and let me meet you at the car so you don’t fall.

We are located on the very edge of Ohio County, right next to the three county line. Most of my clients cannot get here without going through either Grayson or Butler county, so if any of the three counties close schools this week, we too will be closed. Also, if schools are out that means my children are home and I will need to be home with them as well.

With many likely to be rescheduled with the upcoming weather I ask for your patience and understanding. I have snow days planned and already worked into the schedule to get people back in ASAP. We also can work a few in every day we are open until we are caught back up and if you’re on a rotating schedule you may have to skip one appointment and move your next one up sooner but I assure you we will get you in as soon as we can. The most important thing is to be safe!

We lost another client this morning. I believe the Good Lord showed mercy on his old bones and took him before the harsh weather hit. Sully was a kind sweet dog and I will miss him so much. 💗

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. There are a few changes coming for 2025. The biggest change is I have decided to drop tidy-ups as a pricing option. Breeds that have previously received tidy up pricing for desheds will now be charged for a full groom for desheds. Our deshed process takes more time than a full groom, twice the amount of shampoo/conditioner-which is more expensive than regular products, and it is a lot more clean up afterwards, so I feel this it is fair to charge accordingly. We will still be glad to just do an outline trim or tidy up the face/sanitary area but you will be charged for a full groom for these reasons listed above.

You can choose hypoallergenic or other specialty shampoos, including medicated shampoos, at no additional charge. I don’t think you’ll find that at most grooming facilities. Please note however that there will be a $10 up charge for flea treatment if fleas are discovered.

In 2025 I will be enforcing my no call/no show policy. If you are a no call/no show I will require 1/2 of the amount booked before rebooking. If you no call/no show more than once, you will not be able to rebook. If you have an outstanding balance on your account you also cannot rebook until it is paid in full. I currently don’t charge anything for cancelling with proper notice. Things happen and sometimes I have to cancel too, so I understand when things come up sometimes. If you are unable to make your appointment just let me know ahead of time, preferably more than 24 hours in advance, and I can usually work around it.

We have had a loyalty card for our customers since we opened. On the 7th visit you can receive a free bath. Please ask if you need a new card. It will not count as a percentage off your groom. It is good for a free bath only.

We require all pets to be current on vaccinations and will go by the weight listed on the most current vet visit. Please provide updated documentation upon request.

I love each and every one of my customers and pray that I don’t lose any of you! We are not currently accepting new grooming customers. If you haven’t already, please fill out the waiting list and when we do have room for some new clients we will contact you! (Linked below)
