We are so honored to step into this next chapter of The Refined Pup. First and foremost, we want to thank Derek for the incredible care, dedication, and love he has poured into this business over the past 8 years. The foundation he has built is what makes this place so special, and we are grateful to continue his legacy.

As the new owners, we want you to know that the heart of The Refined Pup isn’t changing — your favorite groomer will still be here, and we remain committed to providing the same excellent service, gentle care, and welcoming environment that you and your pups have come to expect. Our mission is simple: happy dogs, happy people, and a community that feels like family.

Hi Folks. It is with much excitement and a little bit of sadness that I report that I have sold The Refined Pup as of yesterday. The buyer is Morgan Wellborn, a groomer herself, from Hendersonville. She has strong advisors to help her along and I will be here the next few weeks to assist in the transition.

It is important to know that your favorite groomer will still be here, that the business will still be here to meet your dogs needs.

The last 8 years(Yes, it has been that long) have been amazing. I have felt despair along with you when your pup left for the bridge and cheered you on when a new love came along. I have done my best from day 1 to provide excellent customer service and to provide a nice place for folks to work.

Thank you for your patronage, and I will hopefully see you in the community as Sally and I will still be here.

For me, it's the lack of safe, reliable, and accessible exercise areas. Your concerns maybe different, so feel free to shout from the rooftops via this survey.

PLEASE NOTE: The Henderson County Animal Service Center does not handle animal bites, animal pick ups or animal related complaints including animals at large or cruelty/neglect.
