Salon Policies

Scheduling Your Pet
We open at 8:30 and like pets in no later than 11:00. If you need your pet back by a certain time let us know when you make your appointment if not we will call you when we are finished. We do our very best to get every ones pet out in a timely matter. Some clients like them here all day, some like them after lunch and some like them back ASAP which we offer "Ex

press Grooming" for a additional fee before 12:00 pm. The reason we have them in before 11:00 a.m is to make sure we met every ones specifications. You have until 5:00 pm Tuesday through Friday or until 3:00 pm on Saturdays to pick up your pet. Anything after 5:00/3:00 pm you will be charged an after hours fee of a $1.00 a minute. Cancellations:
Our groomers work on commissions and tips only. If you can not make your appointment please notify us within 24 hours so we can fill in the appointment for others waiting. There will be a $20.00 cancellation fee if not notified within 24 hours. All other vaccinations should be current but not required. This is for your pets safety. Titer tests should be done in place of yearly vaccinations if you choose not to have your pet vaccinated. Matted Pets:
It is very painful to de-mat your pet. If it is possible to brush out the mats I will for an extra charge. If it is not in the best interest of your pet to be brushed out, It will be necessary to shave him or her down. If shaving is necessary you will be informed in advance. Elderly Pets:
We strive to make all pets as comfortable as possible, we will groom them in whatever style is best for the pet to make them comfortable, with as little stress as possible. Injury to Animals:
We take Extreme caution to the animals we groom. If a injury happens when the dog is in our care we will notify you asap! . If you feel like a injury happened to your dog while in our care, Please notify us within 24 hours.

Hello,
Hope everyone is having a great day. I feel like we need to address concerns about our Express pick-ups and times out. We have our dogs come in between 8:30am and11:00am Tuesday-Friday and Saturday 8:30am-10:00am. We ask what time you want to drop off when booking your appointment. We need to know what time to expect each client. We understand that some like to drop off early and some like to drop off late. We try our best to accommodate each client. We have some dogs with medical problems that need to be out earlier and some that the owners want out early. This is why we had to put in place an express pick-up. If you need your dog within 2.5 hours there is an extra charge of $10.00- $15.00. We understand things come up and we will try our best to accommodate your request but if the groomer already has early outs and can’t get your dog back as quickly as you like, you may have to reschedule. We have over 8000 clients and most days 30- 40 dogs here. We ask if you need your dog back by a certain time, please let us know when booking your appointment. Our groomers work on commission and if we have dogs that don’t show up or cancel last minute and we don’t have time to fill that spot our groomers don’t get paid. We like to spend time talking to each client when dropped off so we can meet your dog and understand exactly what services and haircut you desire for your dog.
Everyday is a different day in dog grooming. Somedays we can get your dog back to you early and sometimes it can run later. We absolutely do our best every day to give your dog the best experience we can. We work with animals and some days we are on their time. We’re not a dip and clip shop! Please understand we are here taking very good care of your dog and as soon as your dog is ready, we will call and text you. We have a total of 60 years’ combined experience. We have had 16 great years here in Hoschton and are looking forward to having many more. We appreciate everyone allowing us to make you’re your special baby look and feel the best they can.
