So... track post. Long time coming.

Fencing. Is always in progress.

shelter. I still haven't chosen what size of shelter to build for permanent structures. Placement is also a massive hold back on where. I'm nervous to place them so I'm not regreting doing it differently. I have so many things I could build but where to place it... I hate doing something temporary just to redo it again.

New track open and in use. We have soft dirt for now with natural rock in it. Which the horses are choosing to come and go as they please nibbling on the netted hay. That we give out 3 times a day.

Hay. We fuss over getting hay keeping hay stored. And buying hay. Sourcing hay. Idk who obsesses over hay more. Owners of horses. The struggle out here is real but I see thriving horses with more movement becoming more healthy and fit. Fall cool weather has arrived.

I'll try to post more photos to the progress as I can.

Effective Jan 1 2024. for all current and new clients.

All New Clients, or each new horse is $75 first appointment.

Maintenance trims:
$60/each horse for established clients, this will be any trim scheduled before 12 weeks since previous trim. Did we go past Past 12 weeks?? It will be $75. No Exceptions.

Most farriers and hoof care providers have clients on a 5-8 week trim/shoe cycle. I run 6-12 weeks depending on your horses hoof growth.

Cancelation fee? I'm tempted as other providers charge.
