I cannot sufficiently express my thanks to everyone who has helped ASI work through the preparations, Hurricane Ida, and the aftermath.
Our employees have stepped up and delivered in a big way in order to get the shop tied down, get 4 aircraft evacuated, and get post-storm assessments completed for our clients. For everything that our team has accomplished over the past week, we would not have been able to get any of it done without the help of many other businesses, agencies, and PEOPLE.

In no particular order, we would like to thank:

The city of Galveston, Texas, the City Council, and the City Manager
Galveston Scholes International Airport
Galveston Air Traffic Control Tower
Island Jet Center and all of their employees

All of the people in and around Galveston who have welcomed and helped us

Our BT-67 has a spray system with two 1,000 gallon tanks which are manifolded together for a 2,000 gallon capacity. The system has two Arginautics centrifugal pumps. Each pump is powered by its own hydraulic system separate from the ship’s system. The spray boom is normally configured with 48 nozzles, but up to 119 nozzles may be installed. Application rate is controlled by an AutoCal flow controller which is fail-safe and provides for consistent dosage regardless of ground speed. Data are collected by the Hemisphere GPS data logging system.
