Just a quick reminder to our clients:::

Due to the severe weather conditions coming to our area❄️🌨️ The clinic will be CLOSED: Tuesday, January 21st. and Wednesday, January 22nd.🗓️
We are hoping to be back open Thursday, January 23rd, regular hours! (8am-5pm)

As the temperatures drop🥶it is important to keep your furry family safe!
Here are some winter weather tips❄️🌨️

🐾Keep pets indoors🏡🏠But incase you cannot bring them in make sure to provide them with a warm, dry, solid shelter against the wind.
🐾 Limit outdoor time🎾Keep outdoor activities short, especially for senior, smaller, or short-haired pets. Longer-haired and thick coated dog breeds, such as huskies, shepherds, labs and other dogs are more tolerant of cold weather, but no pet should be left outside for long periods of time.
🐾Keep them cozy🧥🧣Consider a sweater or coat for dogs with short fur. Make sure it fits properly and remember to take it off when they get inside, specially if it’s wet. You can even use doggy booties if the pet will tolerate them to protect their paws.
🐾Wipe paws after walks or outdoor play. This will help keep them dry.
🐾Check your car🚗🚙 Never leave a pet in the car and always honk your horn before starting the engine-cats and small animals may seek shelter in the engine during the cold.
