These new policies will go in effect immediately! Please make sure you read and understand all of them so there’s no confusion!

All horses are sold AS IS WHERE IS!
All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges!
We try are absolute best to describe every horse to the best of our knowledge! We tell you everything we know good or bad. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase but also understand not every horse is for everyone!
PPE’s are welcome at the buyers expense and the buyers responsibility! We can recommend a vet or you can find one yourself that you feel comfortable with!
All horses must be picked up within two days of the sale! Any horse not picked up within those two days a $25 a day fee with be owed for board!
Transport is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We offer transport for a fee within a reasonable distance or we also have a list of haulers we can recommend. You’re also welcome to find your own hauler!
All horses will have a current negative coggins.
Health certificates are the responsibility of the buyer. If you need one we can recommend a vet or you can have one of your choice to come out and do one.
We always suggest you come and meet the horse. Ride them and make sure they are the right fit. Once the horse leaves are property they are yours! We also suggest you bring your own tack but we do have tack available if needed.
Please before you decide to message us be ready to buy! Ask whoever you need to before so nobody’s time is wasted. We try our best to be as accommodating as we can but it’s gotten out of hand with the amount of tire kickers and time wasters.
