Thank you mom of this poor girl for being such a trooper for us. She even left tip today! 😭 so sorry again this happened let us know if you need anything. You really didn’t need to do that!!

Hello! I Shihtzu NOT Groomer! has some exciting news! We moved our data to a software specifically designed for grooming salons, but we need your help moving forward. When using our new online booking link, you will be asked to input your pet and client information, as well as electronically signing our Grooming Contract, even if you have done so in person at our shop. Once we are able to update all of your client and pet profiles, you will not need to go through the same questions when booking for your pet in the future, but as of right now we ask that you help our business boom by using our new link when booking appointments, and to have fun creating your pet’s profile! Thank you for being wonderful clients as we grow and continue giving your pets love and a fresh look:)
